Snowed In

Hello readers! If you are like me, you are stuck in winter's icy grips and hoping for a hint of spring. In the past few weeks I have been experiencing being snowed in, icy roads, freezing temperatures, and lots and lots of snow. While you may think the snow provides the opportunity to be snuggled under the blanket and writing, it hardly happens that way. Everyone gets cranky. Everyone has to go outside and play in the snow. Cabin fever sets in, and all you want to do is go out and do something - anything...even pay bills.

What the winter has provided me so far is some fodder for poetry. These poems have been added to the Deep Connections folder for future use. I wish I could share some, but that ruins the surprise.

What I can share is some beautiful photos of snow in my front yard. It was cold. It was wet, fluffy snow. And it made me wish we got another few feet so we could enjoy some snow cream!
